My Story
I believe there are a hundred ways of knowing, and a hundred hundred more. I value all ways of knowing. I have come to ‘know’ through my formal qualifications, namely Hons in Early Childhood Studies, Degree in Montessori Pedagogy, certified in Breakthrough Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming & Timeline Therapy. Also, my love of researching, experience with children and families, and personal experience. Each has greatly supported me in my journey as a parent, step-parent, educator and coach, and I remain motivated to continue to gain more layers of knowledge and experience every day!

I am an educator, Montessori accreditation assessor and coach who specialises in working with families and educators. I have 17 years of experience working in schools with children from babies to 16-year-olds as an assistant, teacher, headteacher, COO, business owner and coach.

Throughout my career, my passion has been supporting families, educators, and communities to create optimal environments and opportunities for children to grow and thrive.

I am thrilled to spend my time supporting you - parents and educators - on your journeys. Helping develop your ways of knowing so that you may experience the fulfilment of parenting in a way that is authentic and derived from your individual values. I help you create the best possible environments and relationships with your children so that you all may thrive.

Although I work with parents and educators, I see my work as being in service to children. That they may have the best possible start to life and grow into competent, happy, lifelong learners with the ability to contribute positively to their loved ones and communities.

I love meeting new families from all walks of life. My hundred ways of knowing approach embraces your existing knowledge and what works well for you, while exploring new knowledge, approaches, techniques and tools. Creating a parenting style and strategy that is as unique as your family – making parenting a happy and fulfilling journey for you.

My Favourite Quote
"It's not only children who grow. Parents do too. As much as we watch to see what our children do with their lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours. I can't tell my children to reach for the sun. All I can do is reach for it, myself."
